PROTRAINING Wins the Customer Focus Award of the Year

PROTRAINING won the “Customer Focus Award of the Year” at the Gulf Capital SME Awards 2014.

The “Customer Focus of the Year” award recognises organisations that place the customer at the centre of their business. PROTRAINING demonstrated its organic growth around the customers’ needs. Patricia O’Sullivan, Managing Director explains this further: “When a customer has a training need for which there is no outstanding solution for, we set about crafting solutions specifically with that clients needs in mind, we have also regularly sought the best experiential solution from overseas, purchased the rights and then woven that into our business plan. We have found that the best criteria for exemplary customer focus can be achieved by effective listening, understanding needs and customising solutions. This then leads to stronger relationships, retention year on year and also proactive referral business”.

PROTRAINING provided the judging panel with strong evidence of customer centricity at all levels of their organisation including a team that is switched on, tuned in and empowered to deliver excellence. Most importantly was the outcome in the eyes of the receiver – evidence of delighted clients.

The awards featured another 10 companies who commanded other categories of outstanding business performance.
